  1. My name is Lim Meng Jock. I am old friend of JBJ and Mr Low for a long time. I really appreciate for all you’ve done at Aljunied. I am staying at Block 144 Lorong Ah Soo, 02-157 {Tel 97223365). You can be very sure there 5 votes from my household alone for you. Ms Lim, would you please raise the issue of Health Minister $8 bypass. I’m sure it will arouse voters temper. If you would like, you may quote me by saying that I 66 years of age had to pay $10448 to for a 3 days stay at Tan Tock Seng Hospital for a procedure that last for l5 minutes. I was not given financial counseling and was not informed of cost prior to operations. Therefore I was not given a choice despite Health Minister press release dated 4th May 2010 that patients be informed of cost prior to any operations. Ms Cynthia Phua wrote letters of appeal on 8 occasions to have my bill reduced but failed. You may make this an issue in your rally speech and I do not mine you quoting my name. Thanks
