Just because their town councils lost millions of dollars through their ignorance or greed or to put it fairly, having poor Financial Quotient (FQ) and the town councils are lightning quick to force residents who owed even less than $150 by issuing Letter of Intent demanding payment within 7 days of their issuance of the said letter, failing so, their lawyers will drag us to court. WKS made blunders yet not accountable, PAP ran town councils made financial blunders yet no one was accountable, Temasek Holdings lost billions of dollars yet no one was made accountable. PAP is using bullying tactic equivalent to that of Ah Long to swiftly recover Service & Conservancy charges owed to them by giving too short a notice and letter was sent out somewhere mid Oct. They think our employers will give us early pay. We will vote for oppositions coming GE for sure. Eat your heart out PAP. PAP is all full of BS.
