		<description>Hi Gerald,&lt;br/&gt;Sadly, I think S&#039;pore has come out of the IMF/WB meetings with a un-necessarily tarnished reputation.&lt;br/&gt;It would forever &quot;THE MEETING that CSO&#039;s were banned from&quot;.&lt;br/&gt;For comparison, the Ryder&#039;s Cup ( between USA and Europe- juicy targets for Al Qaeda), altho I was not there ( how I wish), there was no adverse publicity of excessive security or curbs to freedoms.&lt;br/&gt;Our people in charge of our fiasco should be made accountable &lt;br/&gt;Dr.H</description>
